Return Process

  Log into your Sinfenazuk account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
